That is of course unless people see no issues in materials so radioactive they need to be secured for centuries currently being in canisters that are known to have defects hundreds of years shy of their designed life, but cannot be inspected because they are so radioactive.

@Katie Church Probably would not do the deal.For whatever reason, the likelihood of a deal not going as planned goes way up when the property has unorthodox features and you may be favoring the deal because you like the idea of it when in reality it may have some real red flags.You want your finished flip to appeal to a large buyer pool and although it would be very cool, a converted century old church would likely not have a huge buyer pool.
