The labor is lower, but that may also make it harder to treat your container as a "normal" shipping container on a boat - the window frames, door knobs, etc may stick out further than the regular wall of the container, which means they'd have to leave an empty slot on at least one side of your container. 

Granted, no risk no reward but this isn't a quarter slot machine in Tahoe.

Also, the area around Erie Blvd has seen a lot of growth, including the new casino that opened not too long ago.

They are bringing in a major hospital and a casino which I think looks good.

This is not a slot-machine, it requires more skill and care than just sitting down, throwing a few $$$$'s into it and sitting back watching everything make $$$$.

If you want lots of cashflow maybe open a casino or a gas station.Real estate real power is in appreciation and building equity.
