It is easy to be calm in a serene setting. 

Occupancy rates and ADR seem to be withstanding market shift, prices are lower than Blue Ridge, and year round attractions (wine, hiking, waterfalls, tubing, kayaking, history, festivals)

I thought they couldn't for 90 days and that has passed due to them being so slow and I have sent my landlord every email I have gotten even sent him a screenshot of the informed delivery he said he has been patient long enough I even showed him how they are paying him threw April but he doesn't want to hear any of that so all I can do is wait to hear back from Ramp and the post office because I filed for lost mail I sent landlord all that so maybe he will calm down I'm doing everything I possibly can do 

Paid most off, sold on mostly interest only contracts last year that pay monthly interest and will provide periodic large balloon waterfalls in years 3, 5, 7, 10 to redeploy along the way.  

Our communities deserve to ignore the riff-raff who know only their methods and strive to drown out the calm voices in the room calling for cooperation; we MUST strive to approach one another with respect and an open-mind into the evolving nature of our industry.

Also, you just need to be calm, patient, and continually follow up with them to make sure things get done.
