Warren Buffet would tell you to buy when there is blood on the streets.

(If you do your own rehab some blood also) :cry: I know that when I finish a project I tend to think that I am going to lay off for a while, But in a month or so I go stir crazy and have to find something to do.

It just makes my blood boil.

When you start seeing bullet holes in homes,broken glass in the streets,blood on the sidewalks and police tape all over the neighborhood than you are in a war zone.

My friends were all going on vacations, buying cars they didn't need, and there I was, pouring my blood, sweat, and sometime tears into a crappy multi-family, I bought through an FHA loan with $5k down.

It squeezed between her and the door and immediately bit me on the lower leg, drawing blood and puncture wound.

This experience drove me away from any interest in real estate investment, but, I'm starting to find out it may run in my blood. 

One warning for you- any mess from the crime (i.e. blood) will be yours to clean up.
