Haven't got prodio so this comment is pure computer science.We normally create an object (aka contact/client/customer/user, call it whatever you please),and then assert (define) each object HAS A attribute, like first_name, last_name, phone, address, ....There's lots of places a contact can be used and it's a nightmare to have this data segregated into different places according to use (say buyer vs seller).

Those two attributes are area agnostic.I hate to say "it doesn't matter" but how the investor handles owning the property is more important to your returns than the geographic location where your property is located.

I attributed the price difference to 'scarcity': there is only one outfit around who provides the continuous run panels ... they show-up with their truck and crank them out much like how seamless eaves are rolled and shaped.
