I would have hooked a chain up to that rickety piece of junk to my truck and drug it down the street with the idiots still in it before people would be setting up shop by my property like that

That being the case could my lease have a clause that if any drug use is discovered or I feel that they are drinking to excess, that they can be evicted?

Unfortunately while I was there, My supervisor's car was stolen in broad daylight, a naked lady on drugs ran through the property and jumped into the pool to cool off and  homeless people often used the entryway potted plants to relieve themselves.As you may have guessed, I decided against buying the house a few blocks away.This multi unit property was toted as a luxury building.

We all know the area is pretty rough with alot of drug users. i found out Baltimore is a block by block city so things can change in a blink of an eyei knew i would rehab the whole thing once bought and decided to finish basement to make it a 3bed/2bath and change the 45 degree stairs to align with one wall straight up.i set a budget of $60k ( some people say im crazy lol ) and plan on using a remodel loan for it.

It just takes a couple slumlords with nasty gang banger/drug addict tenants to ruin the whole area. 

It wasn't until many years later that I read an article about date rape drugs and realized what had happened to me.

I am a new licensed realtor and i recently came in contact with an investor that had questions about the DEA flagging a property for drug trafficking in 2005.

Public corruption and drug crimes are rampant, but property crime and violence is actually fairly low down here. 

They are the ones that can tell you to stay away from a certain area because of known drug problems or how certain zip codes have negative stigmas in the area.  

I've been told it is not very good neighborhood - lots of drugs and crimes going on.
