My real estate agent thinks he's nuts, but she has more experience with conventional loans than DSCR. 

If you went directly to the agent listing the property then ask them, and if not then ask the agent that represented you for the sale to get you the contacts for it.

I'm a licensed commercial and residential agent and looking to acquire 28 units though owner financing. someone knocked it out of the park when they said your return is theoretically higher if you use financing vs cash.

The listing agent should know anyway since your letter should be coming from the hard money lender.The only thing that is cash is cash.

You really want unbiased investor advice so I would focus more on the responses that are from investors (or anyone) living in one area in their bio, but telling you about another area that the invest in where they have no vested interest.It's not to say that all agents are spamming, most is pretty reliable advice on their area, but it's still to be considered with a grain of salt.You are giving everyone too wide a scope to help you - anywhere in the US, and then limited to the Midwest (huge), and others.

no one - not an agent, a wholesaler, a contractor, an appraiser - is going to take any responsibility whatsoever for anything.
