@Abigail King I invest in several towns in central IL, and am interested in adding some properties in Peoria to my portfolio as well. 

If it is a large or expensive repair he will notify me.

I don’t mind adding a new kitchen or bathroom but I don’t what to do the whole entire house again.

All in all, everything I analyze from wholesalers, independent and large, are only giving about a $20,000 profit.

So if you create it with a 5% rate you would need to take a large haircut to sell it.

We're doing this and cut our $2400 rent down to ~$1400 doing an Airbnb on our spare room and this is charging roughly $60 a night.Also, cut off expenses that aren't adding value to what you NEED.

However, you aren't going to get the best communication at all times and much like most lenders, there won't be a large degree of consultancy on investing.

As investors and yes friends of mine grow their business into very  large commercial properties.
