Beneficial owners of my LLCs can all be found publicly on the secretary of state website so I don't understand why I need to register everything at Fincen.

So I cant be swinging a sledgehammer to do demo for reno its all going to be outsourced and have to be worked into part of my margins.

I would like my Airbnb to show up in a google search, so I have a few questions.1)  I found a website that explained how to add it to "Google my Business."

Currently I have 10 properties per LLC so it takes 1 minute for anyone to go on the cities website type in my company name and figure out what I own.

I can't find any using the app or on the website.

What website do you pull your deals from ? 

Websites like Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin offer valuable insights into market trends, median prices, rent estimates, and historical price data.

Also as mentioned above is that often the county website will have information about the laws and how these maters are handled. 

bare bones website  no mention of he staff or principals.. so maybe.. just dont send up front money .if they hound you for up front money then you have your answer
