Looking at replacing my units and am looking at Trane for both.

While I don’t have deep pockets,  I would like to leverage my professional expertise at getting land permitted at no cost for a stake in a development and use that money to reinvest.  

I'm new to investing myself, working towards my first small multifamily in northern Arizona.

Lets say my first potential flip is from 1900's, has 4 layers of roof shingles, outdated electrical, needs a new kitchen, plaster down/drywall up throughout the house, flooring, and a terrible, terrible foundation.
