Looking for your views on the area between Hemet and Temecula.

Speaking as a former Home Inspector, I would try and find one that has either a building or engineering background, these guys/gals will give you the most thorough (and least alarmist) view of the property.Ask to see one of their reports....

I view DSTs simply as a property with an address, a tenant, a lease, and a price - subject to the same performance conditions of the market, regardless of the fact that it's granted to a simple Trust for fractional investor participation.

They might have a different view of helocs for them.

I tend to disagree, I think that frothing is in session now and the reversion to the high end of the means is going to take place sooner than his view.

At least from the tax preparer's point of view, I think it'd be a fraudlent return so she'd have to override it.  ... you lost all your records of how many hours you spent on the properties... whatever...
