here is the issue. the guru has a bunch of students who pay the money .. there is a finite amount of rehab contractors and really good brokers or other finders of deals.. how are they going to service all of these students all at once .. answer is they wont or cant.

Just about anyone can get on this site and promote their services.

If you are paying a lower than current market interest rate then don't pay it down because your debt service is cheap.

Does anyone know of straight software instead of a monthly/ annual service with a fee for a commercial real estate firm with less than 150 tenants?

Get out there, make yourself known, spread the word, and BE OF SERVICE.
