Tax Auctions are not a lot of hype like everybody thinks.

I see a lot of hype here but not many saying they have done any deals.

I hesitate to recommend a course, because the hype always turns me off.

This is part of the reason house hackers are hyped about the 5% Fannie Mae program that was rolled out on November 18th.

Now the nature of the forums is a bunch of new folks come on here hyped up on a dream and ppl scramble to reinforce their believes in hopes of selling them something while the ever shrinking community of RE nerds still do what they used to do. 

Overview... start with the property description at the top You want to "hype" all the great stuff first..... you want to SELL the listing......the current layout has a LOT of "you have to pay for this...submit this...apply to this" info first.

They're getting caught up in all this REI web/internet hype.

So little info in your post, sounds like all hype for more clients.What Class is the property - A, B, C, D?

The hype is now built into the prices, "they" might have been right in decades past but they are not correct today in most cases.- Whoever it was that got foreclosed upon wasn't making their mortgage payments.

The new investor who buys into the biggerpockets/ RDPD hype and makes rash decisions. 2. the need to find reliable people before investing.
