I guess they could name them Property A LLC, Farm B LLC, Condo D LLC, or John LLC, Jane LLC, Junior LLC or some other combination of names, but then might be hard when you trade homes every couple of years to keep track of or remember off the top of your head.

The seller says that the first has already foreclosed if that is the case wouldn't any liens junior to the first be wiped out making the note worthless.

There is something called a junior ADU in El Cerrito which is basically a spare bedroom but that's really designed for an existing space to be modified, not my case where I have a raw basement space (dirt floor, foundation work needed, etc, etc).
