A lot of the better camera systems let you log in through the IP address and so it's easier to juggle multiple accounts using a desktop VS a phone app.

(also I should mention I'm a CPA/accountant, been using QuickBooks desktop since I took over for my dad, he passed away 2 years ago so now I'm up from 4 doors to 11 with my 80 year old mom who's home health aids are the biggest cost to us, she's getting hip replacement surgery on Wednesday....so I'd rather ask my BP team to get this right the first time.I'm willing to pay for software, don't charge an egregious float on top of that.

I finally figured out that if you are using the desktop then you can upload photos by clicking the “add attachments” tab or whatever it’s called.

I just make sure none of the money intermingles with each other and even go as far as not transferring money from one acct to another on Mobile app/PC and do it at the bank.

I've also considered QuickBooks payments which would be very convenient to just handle all through QB, but it seems a bit more expensive and I currently use QB Desktop (don't like QBO near as much) and it's not as user-friendly with everything geared towards QBO these days.Looking forward to any recommendations - thanks in advance!
