Hey GuysFirst time here, I LOVE the site.I'll get right to the point.I have flipped 4 houses, all recently, all in Central FL and all went well :)I have two more I'm working on and I had some REO offers out there.I got a third offer accepted but I do not have the manpower to do it and I'd rather do my other two well than three badly so I want to wholesale this one.Here it is.I put an offer on a 4/3.

After you get to know him, and he you, you can ask intelligent questions about REO...for starters...and it won't appear self-serving.A source like this isn't only good for REO's...and, in all honesty, in the centralized banking world he probably doesn't even deal with them directly...but what's the first thing a new couple moving to town does?

On that note then, with the increased price of Central Valley property, even with no tenant damage - did the increased financing payments along with taxes and the other minutae approach if not exceed 50%?

:DThat sure makes sense, being in Central CA, I can say it sure gets hot in the middle of the day in the summer and the weather is perfect say around Spring and Fall time but yeah, I can see where trying to do a rehab in the dark wouldn't work.I am in the process of trying to find a property to purchase to rehab and then sell but have yet to find the right one.
