The web site is something that I can afford to have done so I can continue doing more important tasks to find deals.Mailers, answering the phone, wife 4 kids, mow lawn, part time job, driving for dollars, podio, probate listings, Excel files, chess, video games, $$$, call leads, oil change, eat, sleep, breath, omg kid again, twice in one night, how is that even possible. lol Yea you know the drill.

Don't give up and don't artificially limit your pool just because you ran three people through your magical screener tool and think you need to pick between all of those duds.Also note that many landlords experienced with landscaper tenants find that carpets get trashed with dirt and walls get smudged by grubby hands so something to note for future reference in your considerations for applicants.

@Thomas Blaine $700 sounds like a huge water bill unless she is watering a large lawn, etc - have you checked whether there is a leaking pipe somewhere?
