Hi Miho,Perhaps the HB Water company has been "Estimating" the bill vs reading the meter, and charging you an estimate.Then came out and read the meter and charged you the balance between the last real reading and the new one.OR the water company made a billing error.Either way, calling the water company and asking why it seems so much this month would probably be an intelligent first move.If you are short on cash, ask about payment options.Lots of free water just west of town (just saying--lol)Good Luck!

There is only competition if you are as bad (or as good) as what is currently on the market, and BELIEVE me when I say, Investors are known to be useless, lazy never used their intelligence a day in their lives.You come in with half a brain and you friggin WIPE them clean.Just to prove this, I created a city page in NY Westchester and within 2 hours I took the #1 spot and the leads I get through that page..

I once outbid 19 other offers on a property in MLS because I got their first (I was triggered the minute the property went live on MLS), and I knew the floorplan and could speak intelligently to the agent about the property and neighborhood, so he knew I was less likely to cut and run like many investors who throw offers out there.
