I live in the number one retirement community in the country, The Villages, Florida.

Today i participated in a 1 vs 5 meeting with the HOA at avocado village because I have had several notices for abuse of the 24 hour parking policy and that my fiance had "interfered with parking enforcement...my fiance has been towed once. 3 to 4 years ago the 24 hour policy was changed...from a free for all anything goes in the 24 hour parking spots, to a permit only heavily monitered and documented towing and fine isssuance policy.

@Fernando AngelucciThere is a parking ratio issue for it to become a medical office, could be resolved with a variance meeting with the village.

He could take his artsy approach to them....For the drying line I would take @Deanna McCormick's take and say is a public strangulation hazard.The "drying" peachtree i would say is a village requirements of not having anything in the tree except Halloween and Christmas, Bless his tenant heart :-PAlso can you enlist the help of the other tenants to bring the sense to this guy?

You can get some of those properties in century village ect for as low as 15-20k.

Account Closed At one time I had heard that they were having tax issues (essentially not enough taxes coming in to cover the budget), I'm not sure if that's still the case.One unknown is that the village administrator position is open.  

What are your thoughts on northern suburbs (Roscoe Village, Ravenswood, etc)?

I like Liverpool a lot but in the village the taxes are substantial so just make sure it all pencils out.
