Nashville has great hospital systems, but there are many reasons why someone might want to stay that have nothing to do with being a provider or a patient.

The entire system is designed to just be this 1 thing, color int he lines, don't venture out, just follow these steps. 

Older buildings with older systems: plumbing, electric, HVAC, roof, tend to have more maintenance costs than newer properties.  

It's a wish rather than an informed goal.I find it better to focus on systems/actions (analyze X properties, offer on Y, close on Z).

I think both institutions offer unique opportunities to better than average cash flow with the right purchase and strategy. 

Including for unique cases for Foreign National loans.  

The best part is they are buying these homes with a little as 5% down, they are being taught how to self manage,  and are given the systems to be on auto pilot with out having to hire PM.  

Now is the time to review your systems!
