Store fronts are all about traffic counts and visibility, residential is almost the opposite in many ways.

When I used standard font, their system still spotted it and blocked the photo.You need to be careful not not appear to be driving traffic from their platform to a competing one or you could get shutdown.

What will the foot and vehicle traffic be like, keeping in mind that the more traffic they have the more maintenance may be required.

I have Twitter account for my business, and I get more traffic from it, I think it's a big help.

They get a considerable amount of traffic to their business websites as a result of their participation, and of course, the ego factor is also there.It can't hurt your brand to have your content and face emailed to 50,000+ email subscribers each week . . .

The #1 feature you need is targeted traffic, you want buyers who are looking to buy in the area/region that you are selling.

If, however, the place is neon pink or a color that only 1 in 1,000 would even stop the car and get out at, then who cares about the appraisal specifically, you might want to repaint/reside just to increase foot traffic and make the place sellable / rentable.

Its an art more than a science though.So if you think you can get 1800/mo or 1850/mo, list it there and see what kind of traffic and applicant pool you get.
