@Max Tanenbaum, I was in each apartment the other day for repairs and saw nothing suspicious. 

Not an expert but that sounds a little suspicious to me.

If the missing address actually exists, you then research who owned that property at the dates for that address on the credit report; there is some reason the tenant did not want this address to be known by you since it was omitted; it could just be forgetfulness, but be skeptical and suspicious nonetheless.

Don't know if that's the situation here but three houses on one lot seems a little suspicious.

It seems highly suspicious.

@Aaron Turner I would be very suspicious of someone getting laid off due to COVID and being ineligible for unemployment.

The recurring fee definitely reads suspiciously like rent.
