I’ve recently been exploring the idea of hospice/ continuing care models.

Who knows, but the opportunity to keep a $10k non-refundable deposit when your partner decides not to fund is a slimy business model in my view.Separately, I had a very friendly conversation with one of their reps some time ago and we discussed pricing.

I have not bought anything from them, but I see their deals all the time.Most of them way over priced.I think their model is buy dirt cheap, sell  very high and convince people by offering 3 years rent guarantee. 

Purchase price: $263,000 Cash invested: $10,000 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath villa style home.

We know some people that are looking for rental (1-2 months) while they are finishing up their home re-modeling. 

I followed that model here in Chicago and it has been a great way to meet all the local rockstars.

On a tub most like a glass door but kids tend to slam them so we have had to repair some of the cheaper models coming off the track. 

@Aaron Washington Most of the resort style communities in and around Disney/Davenport are going to have a spa, they are all built that way.

I don't care for it, but it's part of their business model and you will be refunded less appraisal cost if they don't close. 

I believe I can use the hybrid model of using it for both STR and MTR.
