For me I’m the houston market anything inside the 610 loop of houston is great.. 3rd ward and 5th ward is delayed in gentrification and I don’t touch any of those partsif you want to be specific in houston Heights, montrose, Bellaire, west u, rice, eado, are the areas that were originally high in value and have continuously kept on going up ..
