The most valuable lessons are issues that stop you in your tracks and you devote time and effort to solving them.  

A tax pro will not save you time or effort but they may assist if you're unsure. 

I tend to ask the same questions multiple times over a period of time to see if I get consistent answers.

Then, after I had experience and several wins, people were willing to partner with me on deals, or lend to me in second position for a short period of time to help with the down payment and with repairs and then I would pay them back when I would refinance.

If the water bill is $100 a month, increase the price by 20% (or whatever you decide is fair) to compensate you for the time required to split and bill and to cover additional use when tenants squander the utility.

I think he spends most of his time on his coaching program, when he should be focused on his investors returns. 

As you get deeper into your career you will of course need to spend time servicing these leads so you will have less time for prospecting and lead generation right?

I know we wouldn't include a clause like that if we did offer brokerage services because our Property management agreement has a 30-day notice to terminate at any time for any reason no penalty. 

I'm new here, and am ready to start investing my time into learning the strategies to get my first rental in 3 months.
