There are a lot more water collection spots on a double hung then the casement. 

If you have a STR in the Flordia hot spots where thousands of people did the same you will see a decline in occupancy and rates.

f you're in a good spot with your rental income and keeping a reliable tenant is more important to you, dropping the rent to $2200 might be worth it.

At my home, the crew needed a place to set up equipment, the cast needed a place to wait until their scene was called, and the makeup people needed a good spot for their service. 

In that choice if you choose a fabric just know it will need shampooed once a year and spot treated sometimes.
