I've once had an underwriter go through the borrower's entire track record of properties to track how all the deeds were filed (primary, second home, investment property) and from these records the underwriter made a judgment of the borrowers integrity.If you have a track record of going from primary to investment and primary to investment in very short periods of time you may actually get declined (I said "may,") if you cannot explain a plausible story that Jives with the UW's perception of your integrity.
