Arrgh, so I have to park my license at at brokerage for 2 years here in California.Since I have to bide my time, might as well learn and do what I am interested in. . .I plan on investing in apartment buildings, repositioning strip malls, industrial properties/storage facilities, brokering commerial loans, etc. . .My question, can a snot nosed noob start in a COMMERCIAL real estate office, or do you brokers only take seasoned professionals?
