Long time no see!

Arrgh, so I have to park my license at at brokerage for 2 years here in California.Since I have to bide my time, might as well learn and do what I am interested in. . .I plan on investing in apartment buildings, repositioning strip malls, industrial properties/storage facilities, brokering commerial loans, etc. . .My question, can a snot nosed noob start in a COMMERCIAL real estate office, or do you brokers only take seasoned professionals?

Am I putting my nose to the grindstone for years until the debt is gone before looking into another property.

I'd really like to know how not to pay through the nose to insure these properties for the short time (less than 6 months) I'll be owning them.

Legislators in Albany, for their part, may have cut off their nose to spite their face: the draconian changes will lead to less tax revenue to pay for essential government services.

Others take years, or were sitting right under your nose.

UNDER my nose, my client offer still valid, sold to "friend" I have no idea how they did it, nothing was done to fix.Idea was for buyer to do it all....
