My goal is not to have to need a resume then.I began striving to reach my goal when I read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.

Currently my package includes the partners resumes, company and personal schedule of real estate, company and personal tax returns for past three years.

That being said i am motivated to close this deal, everyone wants to build thier business but it has to be at the right price, that is why I walked the first time but resumed negotiations when I saw the seller had reduced his asking price and still had no takers.I sent him an email last week with an offer price of 150, owner finance.

It also looks great on a resume!

Unfortunately I don't have much of a track Record other than resume of a 13 year career in hotels and hotel management.

Then, hang your hat with a local realtor, and pass your resume around to other investors, undercutting the normal price for property management, and go into the business for yourself.  

I have updated my resume, and it shows that although I don't have a college degree finished, I believe I have developed human capital more than other 24/25 year olds coming out of college, even have done successful strategic partnerships as a manager of one of the properties. 

I got 5 done and 2 sold but need to sell a couple more to resume/complete the other renovations.

I found that some of those sites, when used separately, offer nice features such as quick pre-scripted replies and prospect resumes sent right to your inbox from their first inquiry.

Well managed, great resumes, and a good fit for while you're overseas!
