Better access to food, water, health care, education, comfort, leisure, recreation, opportunity.

Our area has always been a high demand area as we have lakes, rivers, water falls, mountains, trails, fishing, boating, and ALL types of sports and recreation.

I will gladly give up part of my income to be free to chase other deals or just have recreation time, which is at a premium these days.  

The only travel is recreational & taking a 2 hour lunch is still on the expense account !!! 

The attraction for us would be outdoor recreation (mountain biking, skiing, kayaking).

All the travel I do I use airline time for recreational reading.. although with Gogo internet and free streaming movies I find myself watching movies these days on the plane. for the motivational guys I like to listen to the tapes..

We have 2 young sons and there are many parks and recreation activities in the area too.

There was no guru crap just people talking and sharing experiences.I had to re-create a log-in and profile as it had been so long.I had never seen anything like this site and knew Josh had something special.I used to go to library and read a lot so now I basically had an unlimited electronic library of real estate investing at my fingertips!

I live in Colorado, where both medical & recreational marijuana is legal.
