I know my post is off topic for this forum and this particular thread but how do you go about learning different languages at a rapid pace?

My area is not growing rapidly, no large increase in valuations, no increase in costs to build/maintain and little job growth. 

Get a good reward card (Chase Sapphire, CapOne Venture, airline one, etc) and the points accrue quite rapidly.

But rallies always over extend themselves, and when they do, sentiment can change rapidly.

Don't buy too OTM, but a little break-even ish in year 1,2 is fine if the area is growing and growing rapidly. 

Maybe instead of scaling rapidly you’d like to buy 1 building a year.
