- Motion trigger activation, and I’d prefer if it would record longer than 30 seconds when triggered - The ability to download and store videos - Real time notification on my phone when camera is triggered - similar to my Ring doorbell I use at my home- Cameras record both video and AUDIO- My ability to talk to people through the cameras would be a bonus - Night vision for outside cameras a bonus- Ability to remotely swivel horizontally - and vertically?

I'm not aware of any platform that allows you to do this on you own (as @Karen Margrave pointed out above, lending is highly regulated so most crowdfunding platforms that deal in debt are themselves lender of recorded (and they get licenses up the wazoo for that)).

And you must not forget that WHEN (not if) there are bumps in the road the monthly distributions will be put on hold, you may be told to have to invest more (a "capital call"), or you may lose some or all of the principal originally invested.Spark's self-reported record is "two dozen or so" investments, 2 of those have had their distributions paused and one of the two had a capital call.
