I'm not aware of any platform that allows you to do this on you own (as @Karen Margrave pointed out above, lending is highly regulated so most crowdfunding platforms that deal in debt are themselves lender of recorded (and they get licenses up the wazoo for that)). 

Would have loved to attend this. will you have another one soon or do you have it recorded?

New owners should pick renters with care, be clear about rules, talk openly, keep good records, and know the laws about renting.

For the record, I’ve been a landlord for 23 years and this is only my second eviction.  The first infection was a long time ago and I don’t remember the exact attorneys fees, but I believe it was an excess of $5000.

And you must not forget that WHEN (not if) there are bumps in the road the monthly distributions will be put on hold, you may be told to have to invest more (a "capital call"), or you may lose some or all of the principal originally invested.Spark's self-reported record is "two dozen or so" investments, 2 of those have had their distributions paused and one of the two had a capital call.
