I have had a few call my office over the last few years and they have told me so.I am so adamantly against such hypocrisy that I have a passion for quality mentoring of quality mentees.

The self development and wealth building books helped me realized that I am really passionate and interested in real estate.

Architecture and design have been two of my greatest passions for as long as I can remember, and I can't picture myself presently doing anything outside of real estate.I see great opportunities in real estate for young people with the ambition and inner drive to succeed.

My day job is with a National CRE lender, and hunting elephants is fun ($2MM minimum loan size) but my real passion is chasing local real estate deals.

After reading a couple business books, I found that real estate investing was where my passion was.

Anyways, my true passion is real estate investing.

Is it me, or does it seem curious to y'all that all the above comments up here that seem to be so passionately in-support of  NRIA (the firm in question here) are all posted by brand new members whose only posts up to now, across ALL of BiggerPockets, are plugging for NRIA?

I hope to move on my first deal in the next couple months.I have a passion for sustainability, green building, and a holistic approach to health.

But start now while the passion is there.
