Whether or not this is a net benefit as compared with unleveling the playing field for future generations and perpetual wealth transference to subsequent generations is debatable IMO.It seems that we have a system where death taxes are levied on people that don't know how to play the trust games and thus it is really an ignorance tax or a "don't pay the estate lawyers tax" instead of a death tax.
