Horrible mistakes happen on regular basis due to open access to RE auctions that are not responsible for what they sell and consumers that have no clue with what they are dealing.

Wisconsin is just a horrible place to wholesale, different counties work sometimes but Dane is just ridiculous. 

My wife works too and when she catches me and says, you were not listening to me were you, that's so horrible to do to the person you love)  Those glazed eyes come from focusing or being distracted by overwhelm.

Or if you simply stated you were no longer interested, you were told you're not "coachable" and you'd be living the rest of your life like a robot just going to work and making horrible pay and those aren't the "type of people" Mastery is looking for (I'm not even kidding this is what they told us.)

The newer listings didn't have that built in "subscriber base" (horrible term).
