Especially that first exterior picture, which is the "first impression" of the property.It's clearly a great rehab, so it may be worth paying $100-200 to find a professional real estate photographer to get some great pictures that really highlight the positive attributes of the property.I'm also not thrilled with the copy, though I'm not sure that would make or break the listing.

I understand why the similarities are blurred and the differences are highlighted and it is mainly do to trying to relate being a mortgage investor to being a real property investor.
