If these are the problems you're having in REI, you're not fit for REI.This is why the cash flow only mechanism of investing will rear it's ugly head.

I tried bender rentals and property management I’ve been with them for 5 years , no problems and I’ve been getting my check every month, I tried almost all of those property management in Milwaukee they all crooksThanks for the heads up.  

I am from Pensacola as well and moved to Columbus, OH, due to the rapidly growing city.

The receipt handling process is head and shoulders above everyone else, with OCR that pulls data out of the receipts and pre-populates your transaction, the ability to send in receipts by email, and the ability to snap (or email) receipts now and book them later, so you don't have to stop and enter a whole transaction at the gas pump or in line at the hardware store.

In full disclosure, most folks I talk to with far more experience in such matters think this slate of Bills is headed for Lame Duck, but without keeping on top of it could be some sheniganans in lame duck session to try to push it through.
