Hello Cody,I don't think you are going to find any escrow officers who will do a subject 2 deal. 

Just a quick question that I cant find answered other places. 

When you find good ones, try to always keep them busy. 

Her health is OK, but it's going to drop quickly if we don't find a way to get her active and lose some weight. 

What would be my best approach, I assume find a private lender and work out some deal with them.All questions and answers will help thank you.Normally the lender for the reverse mortgage will start a foreclosure.

My recommendation to serious real estate investors is buy an opportunity in any segment, do the math (it's all about the ROI; some investors fall for the 'commercial' is more prestigious chest thump to find that losing money isn't very prestigious at all), and plan on proactively running a business.
