Do I get my feet wet into wholesaling? 

I’m well rounded in the trades and very handy so I’m interested in flipping and foreclosure-type stuff.

Each unit is roughly 800 sq feet (there are three total units).

Year round rentals seem to work for us, AirBnB is an interesting option as well, we havent tried yet but are looking into it.

The property Is a 2bed 1 bath, 897 square feet listed for $129k.

She drags her feet and finally leaves on the 15th.Here is where I messed up.

Hopefully I find a solid group of connections to help me get my feet off the ground.

I knew there was a potential great upside, but I just wanted to get my feet wet and get experience.

This is my second deal, and here is a general outline of what has happened:Mid April: I put in offers to buy the rental property.Late April: Seller accepted offerEarly May: PM/ seller dragged their feet through availability for inspections/ appraisal. 

I think something to add is knowing all experiences are great whether they are good or bad because they make you better and more prepared for the next round!
