Our system (described in more detail on some other thread that I'm not finding right now) has an 80 gal storage tank that's feeding 2 40 gal gas water heaters.

It's a 3/2 lakefront property (more like man-made channel-- no boats, fishing, or swimming), and the minute you open the front door, you see right through the house to the water. 

Ive used a standard OK contract with an option to assign and a clause stating  I am allowed to advertise the property through various channels and methods.
