I buy properties with all cash (required) at tax sales and I am looking for creative ways I can pull some or all of my cash back out of these properties.Due to the type of purchase these are and everything they entail, I don't think any lender would do a normal cash out refi on these properties.Does anybody have any suggestions on some options that may be available to me?

Depending on what the tenant placement program entails, charging the minimum while vacant, may cover some tentative marketing expenses that are not included.

A STR can make 3x to 4x what the same property makes as a LTR.Hard to answer without knowing alot of specifics including what this funky layout entails.

I realize you have 850k in costs, but $63 SF isn't going to touch a heavy rehab that entails a hotel to apartment conversion on a 70 year old building that has been unoccupied for a long period of time. 

Here is how I see our situation and would love to hear what you think.Our residence is in Franklin NC and entails a total of 6 lots, 3 are in an adjacent subdivision and the 3 where are residence is are unrestricted.
