@Alvin Uy only piece of advice I have is make dang sure it’s on the market before the holidays when buying pool drys up.

That way I have an invoice and then send them an itemized list of deductions and return the remaining or send them a bill along with it. 

They dispatch a handyman and I see the invoice on my monthly income statement.

We run businesses but I find the human touch, in voice or in programmed messages, just makes things run better.
