Everytime a major bank gets hammered on the market and the stock tanks, I buy blocks of the stock like I did with Bank of America at $10.05 per share, it's tripled in value, when Wells Fargo stock tanked I see the upside of the company selling a stock for $51 that will be over $80 in the next three years and these all include Dividends as well.Diversification is the key for overall success.

This house was built in 1920 so it’s either they stuck with coal until gas lines were installed, they had above ground tank and they removed all the piping, or they removed the tank long time ago (town doesn’t have record of tank removal permit) or it’s somewhere under the front porch which is reinforced concrete porch.

It looks like sale prices are not required to be disclosed in Idaho.The only 2 I quickly found with prices recorded within a few blocks of you are 5275 W Madison which sold for $276,500 on 7/8/2016 and 32886 N 16th Ave which sold for $250,000 on 6/20/2016.

If I look at what I make per hour , I figure I have spent about $400 in the last two days just waiting for stuff to load, figuring out how to block pop ups,(about every 45 seconds) and switch the scroll button so that up means up instead of down.

Although it's Class C, it's in a wonderful neighborhood (I actually lived there about 10 years ago) only a few blocks from some of the more popular bars and restaurants in Norfolk.
