However, if you have grossed-up your payments, in addition to paying bi-weekly, your monthly debt service may be sufficiently large the bank has concluded you could not service more than another 100K of debt.If you are planning to make a conventional purchase (LTV <=80%) you will get more cooperation from the banks ... thought some my try to convince you to ensure it even with a downpayment of 20-25% {ignore them}.

I sent AHS over, and they concluded that the problem was coming from no caulking around the faucets, so I had to pay the $75 deductible and still had to send another contractor out to caulk the plumbing fixtures because that wasn't covered under the warranty which cost another $65.

Sorry, but it would take one to get folks on the right track.I guess people have no idea of how much input goes into forming regulatory law from the industry, regulators, and even public comment before the politicians simply bless what has been formulated and proposed, all the politicians do is ask questions, gather support and vote, their staff only concludes the administrative side.
