After almost a year of analyzing, reading books, ebooks, attending seminars, listening to tons of REI podcasts, going to a few REI meetings, and lets not mention the countless youtube videos of the gurus, I finally understand what analysis paralysis really means.

Neighbors have been not only complimentary, but thankful for turning an eyesore into one of the better houses on the street.  

Does anyone use the Guidebooks offered by both sites, or do you develop your own 3rd party guidebook (e-book), and simply link to it?

@Jean Leite In the RE Rewind eBook from bigger pockets, Chapter 2 writers (Michael Sherwood and Charles Cromwell) mention that they use RenTechDirect. 

Has anyone written an E-Book?

It honestly just seems like the rise of social media has people scamming those who don't know any better into buying their courses and ebooks and wasting their time just like day traders and others.

This is not to replace what you have found success in but a complimentary tool!
