April, A lot of these education programs/clubs are not necessarily "scams" per se, they're simply a smarter way for those people to do business and market to customers.

There are reporting requirements for S Corp and you need to have enough active income above your "reasonable salary" to justify the extra overhead to save some SE taxes.
