You don't want them to find out you are breaking the rules and ban not only the account you took over, but you personally from ever being able to list on the platform.

I feel like I must be crazy because nowadays everyone is dying to evict their non-paying tenants out but I'm looking to voluntarily take on TWO of them in one property 😐.This property was previously sold within one day of being advertised by the wholesaler but the deal fell apart as it was supposed to be delivered vacant but they found 2 tenants who stopped paying and are relying on the eviction ban to stay. 

That has no bearing on bans passed by congress, state or local government.

That activity I am referring to was a ban on eviction filings as well as many other protections for tenants in certain rental properties with federal assistance or federally related financing.
