Screening for tenants is everything.

However I have a pre-screening rule of having major concerns such as bankruptcies, bad credit, crimes against people etc.. 

When I click on it, it keeps sending me to the purchase screen.

Not sure if this is a part of the landlord policy but good tenant screening would be a big part too.

I try to use other screening criteria to judge whether someone is reliable and would take care of my place.
