I’ve reached out to folks here in town with REI experience so I can pick their brains and will be having a one-on-one next week.A buddy of mine, who owns his own business, gave me some advice recently and he said “get comfortable being uncomfortable”… with that I’ve been reaching outside my comfort zone to strangers and anyone else who I think I can learn something from.My biggest fears around REI are: conducting a good analysis and having crappy tenants.Anyone in the Victoria, TX area that would be willing to meet up and let me pick their brain over a cup of coffee?!

As far as the taxes side of things and operating agreement, I'm not concerned with that... my primary concern would only really be having the loan called/issues arise with the bank.
