I am slightly ashamed to say that some of their uncertainty has rubbed onto me.Also, I live in LONDON, where the average property price is OVER £500,000.

I heard that John Beck got into trouble with the law with a big lawsuit and it's a shame because I learned an awful lot about Tax Liens, Tax Deeds, and Redeemable Deeds, and Tax Sales from him.

But since then, his net worth is up $180k so he's not ashamed anymore :)Ultimately depends on your goals. if you want to flip a house a year then don't do it.

Well it was a fortune and we handled everything after getting a guardianship, and she was able to be located into a fine convalescent home for her final years and to create a will to leave her estate to charity.I felt very good about that but I have to confess my first thoughts were to hell with the previous owner, and how was I going to spend all that money but I could hear my mother's voice saying I will never be ashamed of you if you do what is right, advice given to me when I did something wrong and developed a ton of quilt and wanted to fix it.

It would be a shame to lose everything that you’ve put into your home when you can just as well take effective action to halt the foreclosure.

It is a shame that you have gotten in the middle of a fight but you will be OK.  

While I realize that you are too young to get the license, it would be a shame if your ambition results in conduct prohibiting you from ever being able to obtain one.

That is a shame, but a fact.I am all for moving forward with some means to gather a real voice so that RE investors are no longer perceived as the rich slumlords and egotistical morons we see on TV shows.
